Job summary

Circle Recruitment is seeking a Lead Creative UI Designer in Glasgow (Hybrid) to shape immersive digital interfaces for live events, installations and digital products. You will lead a talented team, collaborate with UX, dev and production teams, and translate complex brand narratives into intuitive user experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.

The role requires strong leadership in UI design, proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC, and a standout portfolio across experiential

Qualifications

Lead experience as a Creative UI Designer and team lead
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and modern prototyping tools experience
Proven experience designing high-quality user interfaces within experiential/digital environments
Outstanding portfolio across interactive experiences and branded environments
Expert visual design skills including typography, layout and responsive design
Experience designing interfaces for physical and digital touchpoints
Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive experiences
Experience collaborating with developers and production teams
Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows or AI-powered experiences would be advantageous
Passion for emerging technologies and digital innovation
