Job summary

Anna Freud is seeking a part-time Senior Practice Tutor to join our renowned mental health charity for children, young people and families. The role focuses on delivering and developing the SWP programme, with teaching, supervision and academic support.

You will work closely with the Programme Director and tutors to maintain programme quality, supporting trainee practitioners and helping them strengthen clinical skills in a postgraduate setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised qualification in a core mental health profession.
• Experience using CBT-informed approaches with children and families in CAMHS or similar.
• Experience teaching adults and providing supervision or reflective spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of SWP programme and Year 1 teaching, especially practical workshops.
• Facilitate small-group sessions to develop clinical skills.
• Mark assignments in line with university requirements and participate in calibration.
• Provide personal academic tutoring and respond to trainee queries.
• Collaborate with Programme Director and team to maintain programme quality.
