Job summary

Forest Moor School seeks an enthusiastic Tutor with expertise in eSports and/or Physical Education/Personal Training to lead vocational programmes for SEMH students. You will plan, deliver and coordinate engaging activities, mentor staff and build industry links to prepare students for the modern world of work.

The role is term-time only (39 weeks/year) and requires collaboration with support staff to ensure inclusive, high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Subject knowledge in eSports and/or Physical Education/Personal Training.
• Level 3 qualification in education or relevant subject area.
• Proven track record in planning, delivering, and coordinating educational or vocational programmes.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting staff or volunteers.
• Strong understanding of inclusion and SEN/SEMH challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured learning sessions supporting pupils to achieve relevant accreditations.
• Create engaging programmes and track student progress and personal development.
• Provide direction and mentoring to support staff, coaches and volunteers.
• Develop promotional plans to ensure equitable access for all pupils.
• Establish external links with industry bodies and manage budgets.
