Job summary

Compass Community in Burnley seeks an enthusiastic HLTA with a strong background in Sport and Physical Education. You will join a small, dedicated teaching team and lead PE provision while supporting students with SEMH/SEND needs in a highly personalised setting.

Qualifications

• HLTA with strong background in Sport and PE.
• Experience supporting learners with SEMH/SEND needs is desirable.
• Ability to deliver engaging PE and coordinate sporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of PE and sport activities for students.
• Coordinate external PE and sporting opportunities.
• Support students on educational trips and in classrooms.
• Assist in other learning activities as needed.
