Job summary

Forest Moor School in Harrogate is seeking a motivated Tutor with expertise in eSports and/or Physical Education/Personal Training to lead planning, coordination and delivery of vocational programmes.

The role focuses on practical delivery, student engagement and progression tracking, with supervision of staff and volunteers, plus building external partnerships. Term-time only (39 weeks) arrangement.

Qualifications

• Subject knowledge in eSports and/or Physical Education/Personal Training or related area.
• Proven tutoring/teaching experience planning and delivering educational or vocational programmes.
• Strong inclusion focus and ability to engage diverse pupil groups.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with external bodies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured learning sessions; support pupils to achieve relevant accreditations.
• Create engaging programmes; track, evidence and report progress and personal development.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to staff, coaches and volunteers.
• Develop promotional plans to ensure equitable access and involve under-represented groups.
• Establish external links with industry bodies and manage budgets.
