Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Monitoring & Evaluation professional to lead evaluation design and delivery across transport policy projects. You will work with senior experts to apply robust quantitative and qualitative methods.

The role emphasizes collaboration with energy, roads, rail and active travel teams, translating evidence into actionable client insights while supporting policy objectives within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and run evaluation frameworks for policies, programmes or projects.
• Experience applying different evaluation methods including quasi-experimental and theory-based approaches.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis with capability to deliver robust mixed-methods studies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-discipline monitoring and evaluation projects from scoping to final evaluation.
• Provide expert advice to clients to help them meet objectives and maximise benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure required skills for project delivery.
• Contribute to growing the Monitoring & Evaluation capability within the practice.
