The role requires travel to races, an aero/eng degree, and strong MATLAB/Python data skills to quantify aero impact and guide decisions under time pressure.

Qualificações

• Degree in aerodynamics, aeronautical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in a race car aerodynamics or performance role.
• Previous experience in Formula 1 or elite motorsport.
• Strong data analysis capability in MATLAB, Python or similar.
• Ability to build and maintain analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally for race/calendar.

Responsabilidades

• Own trackside aerodynamic analysis across race and test sessions.
• Interpret and present aero data to engineers and drivers for setup decisions.
• Identify aero limitations and quantify lap-time costs.
• Brief race team on development items and measurement plans.
• Improve track-to-tunnel/CFD correlation with validated experiments.
• Develop trackside analysis tools and best practices.
