Job summary

WWL Tissue Viability Service is recruiting a Band 7 Specialist Tissue Viability Nurse to lead and develop the service across WWL. You will work with the TVNs, clinical leads, and community teams to transform wound care and reduce pressure ulcer incidents.

You will travel between community and acute sites, lead quality improvement projects, and deliver education to healthcare professionals as part of continuing service development.

Qualifications

• Experience in tissue viability service and wound management.
• Leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to deliver education and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, co-ordinate and develop a specialist, evidence-based wound care service across WWL.
• Develop and provide education to healthcare professionals across WWL.
• Lead audits and drive best-practice implementation across acute and community settings.
