Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead benchmarking of analytical models against experimental data and to develop new modelling approaches. You will collaborate with test rig teams to define requirements and support test campaigns on Linux HPC systems, using Python for automated analyses.

The role emphasizes quality management, uncertainty quantification, verification and validation, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Experience with safety-critical systems domains is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead benchmarking of analytical models against experimental data.
• Develop new modelling approaches and collaborate with test rig teams.
• Support automated analysis routes and quality management on Linux HPC systems.
