We are currently recruiting for a Lead Speech and Language Therapist to work on an ongoing basis in London. Details of the role are as follows:

  • Role: Band 8a Lead Speech and Language Therapist (Neurological rehabilitation)
  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: [Specify hours per week]
  • Pay: £56,433 - £61,815
  • Start: ASAP
  • Length: Permanent

You will be required to:

  • Lead and manage the SLT team, ensuring effective delivery of the highly specialist SLT service
  • Plan and prioritise a complex clinical caseload
  • Provide advanced specialist SLT assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing
  • Take a lead role in diagnosis and problem formulation
  • Plan rehabilitation programmes within the MDT

Requirements:

  • NHS experience (minimum 6 months)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • HCPC Registration
