The Wellington Hospital in London seeks a Lead Theatre Practitioner for the Liver team. You will join a large, private hospital network delivering advanced hepatobiliary and liver surgery with a focus on clinical excellence and leadership across 11 theatres.

You will lead theatre teams, drive safe patient care and mentor colleagues while collaborating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams on complex liver and robotic procedures.

Qualifications

• HCPC or NMC registration required.
• Extensive experience in liver surgery and complex procedures.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting robotic surgery procedures.
• Experience working within a UK theatre setting across surgical specialties.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support theatre teams to deliver safe, effective and high quality patient care.
• Coordinate clinical activity within the theatre environment, ensuring excellent standards are maintained.
• Support and develop colleagues through clinical leadership, coaching and day to day supervision.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex liver and robotic surgical procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety and outcomes.
