Job summary

ReeVR Talent seeks a Test & Validation Lead to own end-to-end verification and validation for next-generation power and electrification technologies. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, while staying hands-on with test planning, rig development, data analysis and technical reporting.

You will ensure compliance with applicable standards and certification requirements, manage risk and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver ready-for-release products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in product testing, verification and validation.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians or complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification and validation planning, test specs and acceptance criteria.
• Translating standards into practical test requirements and procedures.
• Manage and develop the Test & Validation team and plan internal/external tests.
• Hands-on with testing, instrumentation, data collection and analysis.
• Review test reports, investigate failures and coordinate corrective actions.
