Job summary

ReeVR is seeking a Test & Validation Lead to own end-to-end verification and validation for power and electrification technologies. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians while staying hands-on with test planning, rigs, data collection and analysis.

The role covers planning, execution and reporting to ensure certification, product readiness and robust test documentation for release.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in testing, validation, verification or certification.
Experience leading engineers, technicians or technical programmes.
Practical experience with electrical, battery, power electronics or energy storage system testing.

Responsibilities

Lead verification and validation planning, including DVP, test specs, acceptance criteria and traceability.
Identify applicable engineering standards and translate into test requirements.
Manage the Test & Validation team including engineers and technicians.
Plan and coordinate internal and external test activities.
Remain hands-on with testing, instrumentation and data analysis.
Lead functional, performance, safety, environmental and system‑level testing.
Review test plans, risk assessments and technical reports.
Analyse failures and coordinate corrective actions and regression testing.
