Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Lead Validation & Verification Engineer for high voltage systems based in Southeast London. You will own system-level verification, HV testing, embedded validation, and external qualification campaigns, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will develop VVQ plans, strategies and methodologies, define test architectures, coordinate EMI/EMC and safety testing, analyse results, and deliver clear technical reports while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded system testing, validation and qualification.
• Hands-on experience with high voltage power systems and safety-critical electronics.
• Proven ability to develop VVQ plans, test reports and technical specifications.
• Experience leading system-level testing and compliance activities.
• Knowledge of IEC 62368, ETS, EN standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead VVQ activities for HV PFE systems and system-level testing.
• Develop VVQ plans, test strategies, and validation processes.
• Coordinate internal and external qualification campaigns.
• Define test architectures, software/hardware interfaces, data flows and integration points.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with external test houses and partners.
• Ensure compliance with HV, safety, EMC and reliability standards.
