Job summary

Expleo is seeking experienced Test Managers to lead end-to-end software testing across large transformation programmes in Insurance and related sectors. You will manage resource planning, define testing strategies, and guide teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Role requires strong QA management experience, ISTQB certification, and the ability to drive improvements across testing practices while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB
• Desirable: ISTQB Advanced in QA testing

Responsibilities

• Own resourcing and planning for all IT testing activities.
• Provide consultancy on test techniques and phases.
• Fully responsible for all testing activities.
• Perform a full quality review of client’s testing practices.
• Provide a short- and long-term plan of improvements to documentation and processes.
• Manage implementation of recommendations and provide best practice templates.
• Build and implement independent Testing Governance framework.
• Direct teams on complex programmes of work across domains.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements while assessing risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet budget and timescales and are signed off.
