• Experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro‑mechanical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with defined quality standards.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and support colleagues to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and validation of complex electro‑mechanical systems to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure all testing follows approved procedures and documentation.
• Act as technical lead within the Test Team and support colleagues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Utilise FRACAS and fault reporting to capture and resolve issues.
• Mentor teammates and promote 5S and safety standards.
