We’re recruiting for a Lead Test Engineer to join our busy Final Test Team. This opportunity would suit a pro-active individual lookingfor the next step intheir career.Take a lead in identifying and solving problems presented in the area of responsibility. Proactively work across the department to continually improve processes and working practices. Deliver fully tested products in line with test procedures issued and maintained by the Manufacturing Engineering Team. Ensure the product complies with established standards and specifications. Take ownership for tools allocated ensuring quality is maintained, schedules are achieved and efficiency targets met. In the absence of the Test Team Leader ensure the smooth running of the Test Department.
