Matchtech is seeking a Missile Test & Testability Expert to provide technical leadership across advanced defence programmes, driving test architecture, diagnostics and system test strategy throughout the full product lifecycle.

The role focuses on defining strategies, improving BIT, developing equipment requirements, analysing test data, and mentoring engineers, with a flexible hybrid working model and eligibility for UK security clearance.

Are you a recognised expert in electronic test, testability and failure analysis looking to play a key role in the development of advanced defence technologies?

We are seeking an experienced Missile Test & Testability Expert to provide technical leadership across complex engineering programmes, driving innovation and excellence in test architecture, diagnostics and system test strategy throughout the full product lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

Defining and leading project test strategies across advanced missile programmes

Driving improvements in testability, Built-In Test (BIT) architecture and diagnostic coverage

Developing and refining technical requirements and specifications for test equipment

Leading analysis of production test data to identify trends, root causes and improvements
