MBDA is seeking an enthusiastic engineer to join the Production Design Support area as Test Equipment Operational Lead. You will lead a team of Electronic Engineers supporting Test Equipment from Circuit Card to Missile and Weapon System.
You will collaborate with Heads of Equipment and Manufacturing to ensure zero downtime in production and provide both reactive and proactive design support. A BPSS-based security process is in place.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated engineer to join the Production Design Support area as Test Equipment Operational Lead.
Salary: Circa £64,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

This role presents the opportunity to lead a team of skilled Electronic Engineers that support various types of Test Equipment from Circuit Card through to Missile and Weapon System.
You'll get to work with and have wide exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, e.g. Head of Test Equipment Centre of Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering Managers, Programme to ensure delivery of design support and to ensure zero downtime in production. This delivery focused role reports to the Head of Test Equipment Design Support.
