Job summary

TM Green Group is recruiting an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join a flagship gigafactory project in Somerset. You will coordinate and oversee all temporary works activities, including scaffolding and edge protection, across a large construction site, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.

The role requires a valid TWC qualification, proven site experience on large projects, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• TWC qualification essential for the role.
• Experience as Temporary Works Coordinator on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of scaffolding and edge protection systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all temporary works activities across the project.
• Oversee scaffolding, edge protection and other temporary access systems.
• Ensure temporary works procedures, designs and installations comply with standards.
• Review and coordinate temporary works designs, permits and documentation.
• Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and teams for safe delivery.
• Monitor installations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Carry out inspections and address defects or non-compliances.
• Maintain temporary works registers and records.
• Ensure compliance with the Temporary Works Procedure and industry guidance.
