Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to support a major construction project in Port Talbot. The role focuses on coordinating temporary works on site to ensure safe, compliant planning, design, checking and inspection.

You will work with site management, engineers, designers and subcontractors to deliver temporary works safely and efficiently, maintain registers and documentation, and ensure BS 5975 procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Temporary Works Coordinator in construction or civil engineering (on-site).
• Experience on heavy civils, infrastructure or industrial projects is desirable.
• Temporary Works Coordinator training or certification is desirable.
• Good understanding of temporary works procedures and BS 5975.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with site teams, engineers and subcontractors in a busy construction environment.
