Infocus Resources is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join our design and engineering team for a major infrastructure project. You will coordinate temporary works across site teams, designers and the supply chain, reviewing briefs and managing submissions through design, checking and client approval.

You will oversee temporary works from design through construction, use and dismantling, ensuring compliance with approved designs, site permits, health and safety rules, and

Competenze

• Minimum five years' experience as a TWC on heavy civils or construction projects.
• Experience overseeing reinforced concrete, formwork and falsework schemes.
• Strong knowledge of Temporary Works Management procedures.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering is desirable.
• Working towards, or holding, professional accreditation with ICE, IStructE or an equivalent body is welcomed.
• Design or engineering management experience is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of structural steel buildings would be beneficial

• Oversee temporary works throughout their lifecycle, from design through implementation, use and dismantling.
• Ensure works are implemented in accordance with approved designs.
• Carry out site inspections and issue Temporary Works Permits.
• Manage and coordinate Temporary Works Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality and legal requirements.
• Support commercial processes and project procedures.
• Mentor and support less experienced members of the temporary works team
