Job summary

Coveo in London is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale implementations of Coveo's AI-powered platform. You will align business objectives with technical requirements, manage delivery across stakeholders, and shepherd projects from scope to successful completion.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with cloud-based software, large IT projects, and strong communication skills to coordinate architects, developers, and executive sponsors across global markets.

Qualifications

7+ years gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating QA activities.
3+ years managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
Strong understanding of cloud-based software and web application challenges.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical project management of Coveo's platform implementations.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria.
Act as delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders.
Coordinate stakeholders, internal experts and resources; manage expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables.
Manage changes, assess impacts and mitigate delays and risks.
Regularly communicate progress via reports, governance meetings and executive updates.
Identify and escalate risks to ensure successful delivery.
