You will partner with engineering, product, trading and operations to drive roadmaps, manage dependencies and deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans for electronic trading platforms (low latency, high throughput).
• Lead cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones and deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end trading lifecycle activities from market connectivity to post-trade workflows.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans across performance and resiliency.
• Champion agile practices and data-driven improvements across programs.
• Measure delivery using KPIs and optimize for latency, throughput and stability.
• Communicate with engineering, product, trading, risk and operations stakeholders.
• Manage resources, budgets and multi-workstream vendor delivery.
• Contribute to operational planning, incident readiness and release governance.
