You will mentor teammates, drive projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data workflows and tooling. This role emphasizes people management and hands-on data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years in data analytics or related field.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, wealth, or investment data structures.
• Proficient in Python and ETL workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching or leading a small team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and daily operational guidance to the team within the technical data function.
• Execute hands-on data migration and transformation using Python-based ETL tools.
• Manage the team’s work allocation and coordinate activities to ensure results.
• Guide the team in issue resolution and elevate blockers proactively with stakeholders.
• Support career development by providing feedback on technical and project execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and automation for efficiency.
