About the Role

We are currently seeking exceptional Lead Class Teachers to join our middle leadership team at Catalyst Academy Trust. The positions are based at Aveley Primary School and Somers Heath Primary School. The schools are part of Catalyst Academies Trust, a small, high-performing local trust.

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop as a middle leader and lead a year group. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for raising standards, mentoring students, planning with the Trust, supporting early career teachers, and establishing a nurturing and rigorous school culture.
