Job summary

Haringey Council seeks a Targeted Support Team Manager to lead youth practitioners delivering targeted interventions for young people and families. You will oversee safeguarding, case management, and performance while managing budgets and staff development.

You will collaborate with education, health, police and voluntary groups to shape preventative services, pursue funding, and support commissioning of youth interventions addressing emerging community needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in contextual safeguarding and safeguarding practice.
• Proven ability to manage projects, programmes and staff.
• Experience working with statutory, business and voluntary sector partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dynamic team delivering targeted intervention and outreach services.
• Oversee service delivery, performance and budgets.
• Ensure high quality case management and safeguarding practice.
• Identify funding opportunities and build partnerships for interventions.
