ARM International is seeking an experienced MBSE and Systems Engineer to capture needs, define MBSE processes, and design toolchains for digital engineering in a regulated aerospace/defense context.

You will work across requirements, architecture, and traceability, ensuring integration between models and data flows. The role emphasizes validation, governance, and demonstration of MBSE capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE or Digital Engineering.
• Experience with complex engineering programmes.
• Strong knowledge of MBSE, Systems Engineering and SysML.
• Understanding of requirements, architecture, modelling and traceability.
• Experience within Aerospace, Defence, Automotive or other regulated industries.
• INCOSE or equivalent Systems Engineering / MBSE qualification.
• Experience with DOORS Next / DOORS Classic and/or PLM.
• Knowledge of OSLC, ReqIF and tool integration.
