Qualifications

• Proven experience undertaking commercial, residential and/or development property valuations.
• Experience providing strategic property advice, options appraisals and commercially focused recommendations.
• MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuations, strategic options appraisals and property advisory instructions across commercial, residential and development assets.
• Act as the lead adviser on client mandates, managing projects from instruction through to completion.
• Provide commercially focused recommendations on asset performance, value optimisation, redevelopment and disposal strategies.
• Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to new instructions and wider business growth.
