Chantry Vets Brindley Way Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Surgical Veterinary Surgeon or Advanced Practitioner to lead our surgical and orthopaedic services for a busy small animal practice. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and a pathway to advance the service.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor colleagues and drive clinical excellence while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Surgery or Orthopaedics (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience managing complex surgical cases.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
• Committed to continual professional development and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our surgical and orthopaedic offering.
• Manage a varied surgical and orthopaedic caseload.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor and support colleagues to develop clinical expertise.
• Help shape the future direction of our surgical services.
