Dimensions Group is seeking a Lead Support Worker to shape high-quality, person-centred care for four residents in a friendly home. You will lead with compassion and mentor colleagues while coordinating with locality management to deliver meaningful daily activities and independence.

Most duties include personal care, meal preparation, home upkeep, and supporting with a range of daily activities in a warm, inclusive setting. Sleep shifts and flexible hours may apply.

• Coach and mentor support workers to uphold standards.
• Support independence and life goals for residents.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a healthcare team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support with daily routines: personal care, medication, meals, and home upkeep.
• Set meaningful goals using Activate and Active Support approaches.
• Contribute to reviews and continuous improvement in line with policies.
