Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our supported living service in Bromley. You will lead hands-on care and manage administrative duties, coordinating a team to provide high-quality support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

You will work to promote independence, choice, and inclusion, reporting to the Registered Manager and ensuring best practice across the service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, with willingness to progress to Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff, guiding and mentoring the team.
• Coordinate service delivery to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
• Support individuals with daily living skills, safety, and independence.
