Our client is seeking a Lead Nurse to join their team in Lewisham, where you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals affected by drugs and alcohol. This comes with a salary up to £48,906 plus a £4,133 London Weighting allowance!

With a salary ranging from £44,471.72 to £48,906.23, plus an Inner London Weighting allowance of £4,133.14, this role offers a rewarding package. As a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse, you will:

• Ensure integrated pathways for service users needing treatment for addiction-related health needs.
• Implement and maintain immunisation and vaccination schemes for blood borne viruses.
• Encourage continuous professional development within your team.
• Deliver clinical services to high standards in line with national guidance.
• Manage and develop nursing staff, participating in core training programmes.
• Attend and organise relevant clinical advisory groups and meetings.
• Collaborate with the Lead Doctor to plan and implement individual treatment programmes.
