- Implement and maintain immunisation and vaccination schemes for blood borne viruses.
- Encourage continuous professional development within your team.
- Deliver clinical services to high standards in line with national guidance.
- Manage and develop nursing staff, participating in core training programmes.
- Attend and organise relevant clinical advisory groups and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Lead Doctor to plan and implement individual treatment programmes.

The Senior Substance Misuse Nurse candidate will have:- Valid NMC registration and current pin.
- Significant experience in health/social care, preferably in substance misuse.
- Experience managing teams in clinical services and substance misuse.
- Knowledge of clinical interventions and UK Drug Strategy.
- Strong communication, IT skills, and a facilitative management style.
- Ability to manage change and work in partnership with various stakeholders.
