West Nottinghamshire College Group is seeking a Design and Media Learning Company Lead to drive the Create Digital Learning Company within the Creative and Digital department.

The role will source live client briefs, assign students to projects, and manage workflow to ensure timely, high-quality outputs while maintaining industry standards. Flexibility over hours (0.8 FTE with potential full-time) and occasional local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Source live client briefs for the Create Digital Learning Company.
• Allocate students to projects and manage workflow to deliver on time.
• Ensure final products meet quality standards and industry expectations.
• Oversee the Learning Company office and support student groups in specialist studios.
• Organise the annual Create Expo and employer advisory board.
