East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a talented designer to join the Marketing & Communications team. Based at Lancashire Adult Learning, you’ll travel across sites, shaping campaigns and bringing the brand to life in print, digital, social media, video and campus environments.

You’ll play a key role in prospectuses and recruitment campaigns, delivering creative ideas, supporting photoshoots and content creation, and engaging with learners and staff to tell compelling stories.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• In-house or agency graphic design experience with print and online work.
• Excellent technical skills including extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Broad experience formatting artwork for print across various formats/specifications.
• Experience of building effective relationships and working as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Act as a creative brand champion, ensuring high quality artwork for print and online materials.
• Provide effective design solutions for campaigns from concept through to production.
• Be willing to learn editing, producing and delivering video creative (video editing, animations, subtitles).
• Develop our visual branding across college campuses.
• Lead projects such as image stock development for approved brand assets.
