East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking a talented designer to join our ambitious Marketing & Communications team. You will shape our visual identity across print, digital and campus environments, delivering high quality artwork that brings brand guidelines to life.

You'll lead campaigns from concept to production, collaborate across campuses, and help tell stories that engage learners, employers and communities through prospectuses, social assets, video and signage.

Competenze

• Proven experience in in-house or agency graphic design with print and digital work.
• Strong portfolio across print and online materials.
• Experience delivering brand-aligned artwork to tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Act as a creative brand champion across print and online outputs.
• Provide design solutions for campaigns from concept to production.
• Learn and deliver video editing and subtitles when required.
• Develop and maintain the college's visual branding across campuses.
