Candidates should be Chartered MIStructE or MICE with strong client-facing experience, mentoring capability, and a track record of running projects.

Qualifications

• Chartered MIStructE or MICE with project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to run projects, manage clients, and mentor graduates.
• Experience in RC frame design and main structural materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five engineers within a ~20 person office.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery and client liaison.
• Mentor graduates and develop junior staff.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on buildings projects.
