Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in London is seeking a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer to join our growing team. You will lead structural design projects, act as lead consultant, and drive C&S representation across the project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior staff, develop engineering concepts, and communicate complex solutions to clients, architects, and staff in meetings, ensuring design integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Desire to build on civil and structural design experience and mentor junior staff.
• Experience developing structural/civil designs through project stages autonomously.
• Ability to communicate design concepts to clients, architects and staff in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as the principal consultant and ensure C&S representation across the lifecycle.
• Develop engineering concepts and manage preparation of calculations by junior staff.
• Represent the company at internal and external meetings and communicate design solutions.
