Qualifications

• Chartered membership of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Extensive structural engineering design and project-running experience.
• Experience writing site reports, investigations and forensic engineering on smaller projects.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex inner-London refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and project delivery on refurbishments in Central London.
• Prepare site reports, investigations and forensic analyses.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Flexibly combine office and home-based work with occasional site attendance.
