Boeing United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Aerospace Innovation Centre in Prestwick, Scotland. You will lead structural analysis activities, coordinate across design, R&D, systems and test teams, and contribute to net-zero emission initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The role emphasizes development of analytical methods, FE models, and certification data to support aerospace structures and future fuels integration.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Material Sciences).
• Nine or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, integration and documentation of structural requirements to establish the design.
• Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product environment.
• Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and finite element models/simulations.
• Lead development of test plans and configurations; support test execution and report results.
• Define and document certification and test results to substantiate requirements for customers and regulators.
• Support in-service products by leading investigations into failures and proposing improvements.
• Develop analytical processes/tools to improve efficiency of development.
