Job Description:

Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship and is building a high-performance team. We seek a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer to support our engineering and design functions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
• Supervise and guide FEA Engineers.
• Develop and improve tools to optimize FEA processes under the guidance of the Lead CAE Engineer.
• Create and maintain databases supporting FEA functions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in F1 or motorsport industries.
• Proficiency in FEA.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
