Job Description:

Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship with a new team focused on rapid growth and high performance. We aim to build an outstanding operation capable of competing at the highest level, supported by top engineering, design, and off-track specialists.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
  • Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers.
  • Develop and improve tools to optimize FEA processes under the guidance of the Lead CAE Engineer.
  • Create and maintain databases supporting FEA functions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries.
  • Experience with FEA.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Ability to contribute positively to an open and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

This role involves carrying out major tasks with a level of responsibility as determined by the company. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and security checks, including a background check covering the past five years, may be required.
