Job Description:

Overview: Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. We are building a high-performance team to compete at the highest level, including engineering, design, and off-track roles. Joining us will accelerate your career.

Role: As a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer, you will develop and improve tools to support engineering functions, perform analysis and optimization of structures, supervise FEA engineers, and maintain relevant databases.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
  2. Supervise and guide other FEA engineers.
  3. Develop and enhance tools for FEA under guidance.
  4. Create and maintain databases supporting FEA functions.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in F1 or motorsport industries.
  3. Experience with FEA.
  4. Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
  5. Contribute positively to an inclusive culture.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
