Cadillac Formula 1 - Engineering FEA Engineer Role

Cadillac Formula 1 is excited to participate in the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. As we build a high-performance team, we seek talented individuals to support our growth and competitive ambitions.

We are recruiting an Engineering FEA Engineer responsible for developing and improving tools to enhance the efficiency of our engineering and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
• Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers.
• Develop and enhance FEA tools under the guidance of the Lead CAE Engineer.
• Create and maintain databases supporting FEA functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in F1 or motorsport industries.
• Proficiency in FEA.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
• Commitment to an inclusive culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
