Role Overview

Job Title: Lead Structural Analysis Engineer

Location: Silverstone, United Kingdom

Client: Cadillac Formula 1 Team

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis and optimization of structures and assemblies.
  • Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers.
  • Develop and enhance tools to optimize FEA processes under the guidance of the Lead CAE Engineer.
  • Create and maintain databases supporting FEA engineering functions.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries.
  • Experience with FEA.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Ability to contribute positively to an open and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all stakeholder levels.
