Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead the CAMHS neurodevelopment pathway. You will manage a dysfluency caseload and independently diagnose and treat children with fluency disorders, including those with EHCPs, delivering tailored specialist interventions.

You will provide expert guidance to families and carers, work within an integrated therapies team, and drive innovative, evidence-based management plans for children within CAMHS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the SLT service in CAMHS neurodevelopment.
• Manage caseload in dysfluency with waiting list development.
• Independently diagnose and treat children with fluency disorders, including EHCP cases.
• Design and deliver specialist interventions and care plans for CAMHS neurodevelopment.
• Provide training and guidance to families, carers and SLT colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care.
