Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team, primarily in mainstream school settings around Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth. You will shape inclusive education by delivering universal strategies and targeted interventions to empower school staff to lead whole‑school communication.

You will provide expert communication support, supervise Therapists and Assistants, deliver training, and collaborate with families,

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Experience supervising Therapists and Assistants.
• Experience in educational settings with paediatric populations.
• Experience developing and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert communication support in school settings.
• Deliver staff training and consultations.
• Supervise and mentor Therapists and Assistants.
• Create inclusive communication environments in schools.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary intervention planning.
