EGO - Sheffield City Centre, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams, and delivering smiles to guests. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead your team, and help manage stock and ordering to ensure day-to-day success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a junior sous chef or similar in premium pubs/restaurants.
• Passion for great food and training teams to perform at a high level.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and lead on shift delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards.
• Cook to brand spec and targets.
• Support chefs to deliver top quality standards on every shift.
• Run your own section as kitchen team leader and develop management skills.
• Assist with stock control and ordering to set up for success.
