Job summary

Iconic Hotels & Resorts in London is seeking a Sous Chef for Han's Bar And Grill at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse. You will lead the kitchen during busy service, support the Head Chef, and take full ownership in their absence.

You will inspire your brigade to maintain high standards of preparation, presentation and guest satisfaction, while mentoring the team and sharing your passion for food. This role offers seasoned leadership in a luxury setting and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Natural leader able to handle pressure in a busy operation.
• Confident in running the service and leading the kitchen brigade.
• Experience in training and developing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of preparation, presentation and quality at all times.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with training, induction and development of the kitchen brigade.
• Understand ordering systems and assist Head Chef with admin duties.
