Job summary

Shark Club UK leadership team is seeking driven individuals to help lead culinary operations across our restaurants. You will mentor and develop staff, maintain a vibrant and positive dining environment, and focus on profitable operations with high standards of food quality.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape guest experiences, train future leaders, and contribute to ongoing growth as we expand across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proven leadership skills: ability to develop and motivate others.
• Energetic and positive demeanor.
• Excellent culinary production skills.
• Ability to provide consistent culinary and leadership direction during busy periods.
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Chef to execute menu items according to company specs in prep and line areas.
• Direct culinary operations on shift under the Chef’s guidance to ensure quality and organization.
• Manage sales and profit budgets.
• Continuously focus on developing others.
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling for multiple positions.
